This short Vyond animation was developed as part of an e-learning course in Articulate Rise on Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts. During a call with the subject matter expert, they mentioned struggling to explain how to help learners visualize this particular concept. I asked her to walk me through it as if I were sitting in one of her ILT sessions—and as she spoke, I began to visualize the storyboard in real time.
I brought that vision to life using custom motion paths and dynamic camera angles in Vyond to clearly illustrate common cause vs. special cause. It was a short explainer but made a big impact in the training.
By converting the ILT course into e-learning in Rise, SMEs were able to focus more on critical work in the hospital, while still scaling training across staff. The business impact: more learners trained efficiently, and frontline staff gained a clearer understanding of how to apply SPC charts to make better decisions on the job.
